Prices and payment

Displayed prices are in United States dollars. Accepted payment options may include cash, EcoCash and bank transfer, as confirmed by Soda ZW. Never share a PIN or one-time password. A receipt or invoice may be issued through the Soda ZW billing system.

Stock and compatibility

Products are subject to availability. Customers should confirm whether their machine uses a pink Quick Connect cylinder or a compatible blue screw-in cylinder. Soda ZW may request a photo before confirming an order.

Refill service

Compatible cylinder refills cost USD 35 per cylinder unless otherwise agreed. Refills are normally an overnight service, but the final return time is confirmed at acceptance. Cylinders must be suitable, safe and in acceptable condition; unsafe or incompatible cylinders may be declined.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is available by arrangement at 100 Livingstone Avenue. Delivery carries an additional fee based on location and is quoted before confirmation. Please provide an accurate location and a reachable telephone number. Timing estimates can change because of traffic, availability or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Changes, problems and returns

Contact Soda ZW promptly if you need to change an unconfirmed order or if an item arrives incorrect or damaged. Keep the product and packaging available for inspection. Any remedy depends on the nature and condition of the product and applicable consumer rights.
