Refill questions

What to know before booking.

Is every cylinder automatically accepted?

No. The cylinder and valve must pass compatibility and condition checks. Soda ZW confirms acceptance after inspection.

Can I wait while it is refilled?

The normal service is overnight rather than while-you-wait. Your return time is confirmed when the cylinder is accepted.

What does a small canister cost?

The price depends on capacity, valve and condition. Send a photograph or specifications so Soda ZW can assess it first.
